Most mine projects break where the contracts meet: the design house blames the equipment supplier, the supplier blames the builder. Xinhai signs for all five links.
Engineering
Consulting, metallurgical testing at laboratory and semi-industrial scale, mine and plant design, tailings design, equipment selection and cost modelling, compliant with international reporting standards.
Procurement
Processing and mining machinery from our own manufacturing bases, plus installation materials, steel structures, modular buildings and complete production lines, packed and shipped as one scope.
Construction
Held under a Class A general contracting qualification for mine engineering: shaft and tunnel work, plant civil works, tailings storage facilities, steel structures, equipment installation and commissioning.
Mine construction management
Design, procurement, construction and commissioning managed as one programme, with one schedule and one quality regime instead of five separate ones.
Operation management
Mining, processing or integrated mine and plant operation under eight cooperation models, from fixed-cost contracts to profit sharing and equity participation.

Test work and research
CNAS accredited laboratory, around 5,000 element analyses per month and roughly 200 test programmes a year, from exploratory tests to semi-industrial pilot runs.

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. CE marking for the European market, CSA W47.1 and CWB welding certification for Canada.
Laboratory and inspection
CNAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 for the test laboratory, ISO 9712 certified non-destructive testing, and deliverables compatible with NI 43-101.
